MY STORY

HOW I WENT FROM my heaviest weight at 186lbs, suffering from diastasis recti/pelvic floor dysfunction.

3 years ago I gave birth via emergency C-section with my second child and it was a traumatic healing process to say the least. I struggled to lift myself out of the bed and barely had the strength to pick up my son to nurse him. 

"I was afraid I wasn't going to feel/move like myself again"


It was bad. I had absolutely NO CORE STRENGTH. I knew I needed to change something because I had to be able to keep up with my growing family.  The problem was that I was trying random stuff but with that comes random results  and that is NOT the way to execute a goal. But KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. With my 14 years of experience in the fitness industry I decided to continue my education and I recieved my postpartum certification to help others mothers in my same position. 

 

The best thing is that I got here while being a wife, homeschooling mom, and entrepreneur. 

 

The key lesson is that if you’re feeling like you don't have enough time to reach your fitness goals as a busy business woman or mom and you don’t know where to turn, there’s always a way. You need to focus on three things to change.

1. Believe in yourself. You Got This!!!

2. Make a plan. Don't just do random stuff 

3. Accountability (and I think this is the most important)

A FEW WORDS FROM NADYIA

"As far as I can remember I have always been an active person. At the early age of five my mother put me in dance. Later as a teenager she would catch me practicing in a dark kitchen late at night. I told her that the slippery floors made my pirouettes effortless. Little did I know that this self-motivated and ambitious behavior would land me in movies and stages dancing aside iconic music artists but later prepare me to lead a fitness class and become a CEO of my very own brand. In 2009, was when fitness came into my life.  I became a certified fitness instructor and my love for group fitness began along with my journey into the world of on-camera  fitness modeling. As a wife and mother of two amazing children I know firsthand the value of time. I personally like my workouts to get straight to the point and deliver results. I teach fitness because I enjoy giving people inspiration for a healthy lifestyle and  by the end of class I want my students to fell stronger and more empowered than when they first walked in!"
