🌟With both hands, press down on your thigh as you reach your opposite leg down towards the floor.
🌟Keep the leg hovering off the floor as you continue to press your hand against your thigh with the opposite leg.
🌟Hold for 5 seconds and switch legs, repeating the same steps.
